Engaged in the general practice of law including real estate, probate, juvenile, domestic relations, criminal, creditor's rights, landlord/tenant, personal injury, worker's compensation, social security, business and bankruptcy issues. Aug., 1986 to Sept., 1987: Served as law clerk to HON. DON J. YOUNG, Senior Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division. Extensively researched issues of racial, sexual and age discrimination, and other civil and criminal matters and prepared memoranda and opinions re same.
- July, 1986: Received Juris Doctor degree from UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON SCHOOL OF LAW, Dayton, Ohio. Graduated in top third of class, with honors in Federal Jurisdiction. Editor-in-Chief, EQUITABLE RELIEF, law student newspaper. Received Bachelor of Arts degree from MIAMI UNIVERSITY, Oxford, Ohio, majoring in English, with emphasis on business and technical writing in Professional Writing Program, and Political Science.
